Compares accepted Cycle 02 commitments with the bounded RP006 result, graph/synthesis/foundation reviews and current governance state.

Cycle 02 — What Changed

Date: 2026-10-12. Evidence cutoff: 337c82755a57a175ff84091a2d2c7eefc6ba51f8. This record compares Cycle 02's declared finite commitments with the accepted evidence and dispositions. D-0020 accepts the record as a governance review; it adds no research data, changes no scientific status and creates no new execution authorization.

Starting commitment and retained evidence

Starting commitment Evidence now accepted Change and boundary
Cycle 02 opened to assess query-relative lineage-field sufficiency over six known RP004 constructions, eight uniform whole-field masks and two exact query families. RP006's single authorized attempt completed and was independently replayed. Its exact outputs classify the registered masks and inquiries on those six constructions. RP006 is CLOSED and its Result VALID only for that finite class. This is a new audited computation over reused, disclosed cases—not fresh empirical confirmation, an unseen-domain result, or bit-level optimality.
The operational protocol, run controls, source freeze and actual pre-execution checkpoint were pending at Cycle entry. D-0014 through D-0017 accepted implementation/preflight, supervisor preparation, the frozen source and actual checkpoint, then the single run and result disposition. These prerequisites and the one run are now documented in order. The earlier planning/engineering disclosures remain distinct from the executed attempt; no second run is implied.
A final forward/backward graph review was required. D-0018 accepts a source-bound snapshot review of 49 records, 22 declared relations, 124 typed references and five Result provenance traces. Structural traceability is checked; typed references and semantic relations remain distinct, and graph paths do not create scientific support by transitivity.
Cross-package synthesis and foundation adequacy had not been reviewed for Cycle 02. D-0019 accepts bounded reviews across five VALID Results and the existing formal capability contract. Unlike denominators are not pooled; negative, equivalent, indeterminate, conflict and abstention outcomes remain visible. PC01–PC03 stay FROZEN; PC04–PC06 stay DRAFT. No new Claim, ontology or foundation is promoted.
The change/open-work, transition and close obligations were outstanding. This record and its companion open-work register are accepted by D-0020. Cycle 02 advances to 7/9. Transition and close bundle remain open; no Cycle 03 is selected and no new test is authorized.

Questions and scope retained

Q-0, Q-2, Q-3 and Q-4 remain ACTIVE; Q-1 and Q-5 remain OPEN. RP002A's predictive benchmark, RP003's preservation paths, RP004's lineage constructions, RP005A's finite planner and RP006's field masks answer different declared inquiries. Their common use of explicit comparison context does not establish a shared mechanism or transfer theorem. RP006 does not show that realized history is reducible to predictive representation, that R3 is minimal, or that all histories must be retained.

The internal graph, synthesis, foundation and change/open reviews are not external peer review or exhaustive prior-art clearance. The repository's separate DAM/DAM X primary-source and survival limits remain. No baseline amendment, question resolution, broad sufficiency claim, novelty finding or completed theory follows.

Current governance state

D-0020 resolves only what-changed and what-open. Cycle 02 remains OPEN at 7/9; only the transition record/Cycle 03 decision and close bundle/knowledge snapshot remain. All accepted Results and scoped package dispositions retain their prior status. Revisit this assessment through a subsequent reviewed Decision if a material defect, source-backed transfer or new authorized evidence changes its basis; preserve this cutoff and the original records.
