Retained result and interpretation
RP006 completed one D-0016-authorized attempt over six already disclosed RP004 constructions, eight uniform whole-field S/P/K masks and two exact query families. The independent replay covers 216 truth rows, 48 projections, 120 pair/mask comparisons, 438 conflicts and 16 certificates. FULL has inclusion-minimal mask 001; TOPOLOGY_STATE has incomparable inclusion-minimal masks 001 and 010.
These are exact classifications for the declared finite cases and mask class. The classifications were disclosed during engineering preparation and reproduced on reused fixtures. They do not constitute blind confirmation, new empirical cases, unseen-domain sufficiency, arbitrary-encoding or bit-optimality results, universal history necessity, novelty clearance, or resolution of Q-3/Q-4. No result denominators are pooled. Negative, conflict, UNKNOWN, equivalent and indeterminate evidence across all packages remains visible in the source records.
The graph review verifies typed traceability and declared links, not transitive scientific support. Synthesis and foundation reviews add no Claim, baseline amendment, Question resolution, or promotion of a formal capability. PC01–PC03 remain FROZEN; PC04–PC06 remain DRAFT. Q-0, Q-2, Q-3 and Q-4 remain ACTIVE; Q-1 and Q-5 remain OPEN. Internal reviews are not external peer review or exhaustive prior-art clearance. DAM/DAM X primary-source and survival limits remain separately documented.
Explicit internal close review
Review all nine obligations in the manifest, the one authorized RP006 run and its independent replay, graph reconstruction, synthesis/foundation assessments, change/open registers, transition choice, all prior deviations and incomplete evidence, and the source-bound snapshot. D-0022 accepts this indexed bundle as the ninth obligation. Set Cycle 02 to CLOSED at 9/9. This is an explicit internal self-review, not independent peer review; integrity checks establish source and reference consistency, not scientific truth.
The selected next direction is preparation of a finite challenge on a separately authored corpus with more than three entities and repeated/distinct state payloads. It retains the declared queries and masks unless a later scoped review changes them. Cycle 03 remains unopened: separate entry review, prior-art assessment, protocol, independent truth, source freeze, resource preflight and actual pre-execution acceptance are required before any execution. No package, Test, source freeze or run is authorized by this close.
Snapshot and publication
The JSON inventory binds the pre-close evidence cutoff to byte hashes and points to the accepted Cycle 02 graph-review inventory. D-0022 and this bundle are the close additions. After the CLOSED commit exists, a follow-up metadata pin sets snapshot_ref to that completed commit; subsequent publication preserves the immutable CLOSED anchor. The exact English site version, deployment ID and source commit for each domain are recorded in the publication ledger only after both deployments succeed. The published manifest may then move to PUBLISHED without moving the close anchor.
Later evidence or corrections require a new dated review and Decision. Preserve this snapshot and the original RP006 outputs.
