One planned package, nine unresolved obligations and explicit implementation/source/resource/pre-execution gates.

Cycle 02 — Entry review

Date: 2026-10-12. Explicit internal entry review under D-0013. Basis: published Cycle 01, immutable close anchor 894d427d2e1e2cc7a7af308201b855c6e4bd3764, D-0011's selected transition and canonical cutoff 0952d6d023588bd1bd32b5bed1045eee444be5a5.

Finite commitment

Open Query-relative Lineage Sufficiency with one PLANNED package, RP006, targeting Q-3 and Q-4. Accept its operational design for preparation: six known three-entity RP004 constructions, eight whole-field masks over state/complete parents/birth kind, FULL and TOPOLOGY_STATE inquiry families, complete equality-conflict certificates and family-relative inclusion-minimal masks. The method and known-outcome disclosures are explicit. This is not a fresh confirmatory experiment.

The initial manifest has nine equal obligations: RP006 disposition; actual pre-execution checkpoint; final forward/backward graph review; synthesis; foundation review; What Changed; What Remains Open; transition/Cycle 03 decision; and close bundle/snapshot. Entry sets OPEN at 0/9 (0%). Creating documents does not resolve a research/review obligation. Fix this denominator before ACTIVE; later changes need a Decision and preserved history.

Entry assessment

Gate Assessment
Preceding Cycle close/publication Satisfied: D-0012, immutable CLOSED anchor and actual publication receipts; Cycle 01 stays PUBLISHED at 13/13
Evidence-derived direction Satisfied: RP004's sufficient R3 encoding and unresolved field minimality motivated D-0011's selected preparation
Finite domain, questions and exclusions Accepted for preparation: exact two families/eight masks, explicit side information, known cases and no global/bit-optimal claim
Existing mathematics/prior art Targeted official-source inspection finds ordinary functional-determination/provenance overlap. No novelty clearance or new formal system
Producer, independent verifier and controls Pending. No runnable recorded-audit implementation or verified output is supplied at entry
Resource/deadline preflight and source freeze Pending. Proposed 60 monotonic seconds/128 MiB requires actual reviewed measurement and suspension/deadline behavior
Actual pre-execution review/Test Pending. Must bind the checked commit/inputs and pass before the run; do not repeat the missed Cycle 01 gate

Accept OPEN entry and RP006 PLANNED status only. Q-3/Q-4 stay ACTIVE; all other Question/Result statuses remain unchanged. Add the entry Decision, package and one methodological Source, bringing the living graph from 39 to 42 records. No new Test, Result, Claim or Assumption instance is created. Baseline v0.1 and all historical Cycle 01 files/tags remain preserved.

Carry-forward limits and next action

Cycle 02 starts a new finite commitment derived from prior evidence; it does not reopen RP004 or reinterpret its old run. No unresolved Cycle 01 obligation is explicitly transferred: all thirteen were resolved. Primary DAM/DAM X source reconstruction and broader predictive/revision/reachability/relational questions remain visible background limits, without silently adding them to this denominator or adopting the old report's architecture.

Next implement producer/verifier and software controls, perform a feasibility preflight, then review a committed source/input freeze and actual execution checkpoint. Save every negative/conflict/incomparable-mask outcome in a later recorded attempt. Material changes or discrepancies require a new Decision. Internal entry self-review and structural checks are not external peer review or scientific validation.
