Cycle 01 — Close bundle

Date: 2026-10-12. Internal close review under D-0012. Evidence cutoff: 4b9916491491d3c94e251b64589c79a40b99ece4, after D-0011 and its verified publication. This bundle accepts the finite commitments and their documented limits; the Autorite program stays open-ended.

Mandatory output index

Required output Canonical evidence
Initial manifest and questions Initial Cycle manifest, initial questions, resolved manifest
Executed packages and dispositions RP002A, RP003, RP004, RP005A and D-0004–D-0007
Preregistrations and operational protocols Frozen baseline protocols; RP002A second confirmation, RP003, RP004, RP005A and original source/input freezes
Positive, negative, equivalent and indeterminate evidence The four VALID Results, immutable run directories and complete audited reports; outcomes summarized below
Deviations, incomplete attempts and invalidations First RP002A attempt with its interruption review; late Checkpoint A timing deviation. No INVALIDATED Result is present at the cutoff; INCOMPLETE is preserved separately
Synthesis Review Synthesis Review 1, accepted by D-0009
Foundation Review Foundation Review 1, accepted by D-0009
What Changed Dated change record, accepted by D-0010
What Remains Open Dated open-work register plus D-0011's later source receipt and primary-model limits
Canonical knowledge snapshot Snapshot guide, full evidence/hash/graph inventory and immutable cycle-01-close Git anchor
Transition Record Accepted transition, D-0011; prepare query-relative lineage field ablation after separate Cycle 02 entry and protocol review

The original dated reviews retain the statuses at their own cutoffs. In particular, the older foundation/open registers preceded receipt of the supplied secondary report. D-0011 subsequently accepts a ten-unit report-scoped archaeology pilot; those historical records are not rewritten as if the source had been available earlier.

Retained results and interpretation

Package Accepted finite outcome Scope boundary
RP002A 60 independent units, 120 learned fits and 484 hashed outputs; two benefit, four equivalent and one indeterminate decision under the registered .01-nat margins Conditional fixed-generator/procedure/budget comparison; no recurrence or full-history necessity. The first attempt's 36 completed units, 73 fit traces and 295 outputs remain separate, without a Result or pooled decisions
RP003 All 11,100 ordered paths replayed; exact-feature endpoint control has 0/1,550 failures; local tolerance has 848/5,396 endpoint and 1,136/5,396 prefix counterexamples; all 1,876 eligible variation-bound controls pass Finite declared grid and criterion choices; no empirical prevalence, universal identity theorem or new mathematics
RP004 216 query truths, 864 decoder rows, 60 pair comparisons; R0–R3 correct counts 90/141/201/216, UNKNOWN 126/75/15/0, wrong zero; query conflict witnesses 129/9/3/0 R3 suffices in the six known constructions; minimality remains unproved. UNKNOWN alone is not information loss
RP005A 24 planner rows, 12 paired comparisons, 35 structural source certificates; two positive, four zero and six negative outcomes; raw and B=3 inclusion pass Full-information supplied rules, designed finite DAGs and selected-endpoint coverage; structural reachability does not expand, and indefinite safety is untested

These denominators describe different objects and are not pooled. The report-scoped DAM X pilot is a source review, not a fifth scientific Result. Its two S4 and one S5 candidates remain provisional; seven survival assessments and original version/operator/evidence reconstruction remain open.

Explicit internal close review

All twelve preceding obligations have actual dated evidence and ACTIVE acceptance Decisions. Review the complete obligation ledger, all four Result-to-Test/package/protocol/run traces, source receipt, negative/indeterminate evidence, incomplete attempt, checkpoint deviation, synthesis, foundation, change/open records and transition. Accept this indexed bundle and its source-bound snapshot as the thirteenth obligation under D-0012. Set Cycle 01 to CLOSED with 13/13 equal obligations together.

The missed pre-RP004/RP005A checkpoint remains a process failure. The later checkpoint does not backdate authorization. Future research must pass the recorded source-bound gate before execution. Automated checks establish storage/reference/source integrity; this acceptance is explicit internal self-review, not independent peer review.

Four packages remain CLOSED and their four Results VALID. Q-0/Q-2/Q-3/Q-4 remain ACTIVE; Q-1/Q-5 remain OPEN. Baseline v0.1 and the prior checkpoint anchor remain preserved. D-0012 adds one governance Decision, giving 39 living records, with no Claim/Assumption instance or scientific promotion.

Snapshot and publication

The evidence inventory binds the 38-record pre-close state to its actual cutoff. The completed CLOSED source commit contains this bundle, the snapshot guide/inventory, D-0012 and the complete manifest. A subsequent metadata commit pins that completed commit as snapshot_ref; the immutable cycle-01-close tag points to exactly that SHA. This avoids a self-referential commit hash. Merge preserves both commits as ancestors; the close anchor is never moved.

After both Site deployments succeed, a separate publication record binds their exact version/deployment/source IDs and canonical content commit, moves the living Cycle from CLOSED to PUBLISHED and supplies publication_refs. The closed anchor remains CLOSED and the ring stays 100%. Historical source reviews, research runs and evidence are preserved in the anchor.

Open questions, next entry and corrections

Continue from the accepted Transition Record: prepare field-deletion sufficiency within its eight-mask class and two declared query families, openly reusing the six known RP004 constructions. Cycle 02 is not opened by closure; it still needs its own finite manifest/package, scoped prior-art and protocol review, independent truth/verifier, input/source freeze, resource preflight and pre-execution acceptance. No legacy architecture or explicit transfer acceptance is invented.

Primary DAM/DAM X sources, stronger survival assessment, general preservation, revision, relational sufficiency, open-world representation and robust-safety questions remain in the knowledge state. A later material error or source discovery receives a new Decision and affected-status review. Preserve this close snapshot and original negative evidence rather than rewriting history.
