Decision 0011 — DAM X report-scoped pilot and transition

Date: 2026-10-12. Status: ACTIVE. Explicit internal review following the request to assess DAM X sources and prepare transition, incorporating the report supplied by the user before this decision was published.

Decisions and evidence

Accept the completed claim-level archaeology pilot on SRC-DAMXREPORT2026 and resolve damx as completed. A preserved original DOCX, ordered transcript, receipt and ten exact source spans support the per-unit L0–L3 review. The pilot’s bounded question concerns what this secondary report asserts/recommends and which primary evidence is still missing. It does not reconstruct the unseen original DAM X model or grant scientific validation, novelty clearance or mechanistic inheritance. Two S4 and one S5 survival candidates remain provisional; seven assessments unresolved.

The pre-receipt canonical inventory records absence of supplied source units at its cutoff. The subsequent report receipt changes the final source-gate assessment before release; no missing-all-sources blocked disposition was published. The report’s source-date/authorship metadata are unverified, and its commands/architecture/thresholds remain source material rather than current instructions. Original DAM/DAM X version units, operator definitions and evidence remain needed for stronger reconstruction.

Accept the Transition Record and resolve transition as completed. Select preparation of query-relative lineage field-ablation sufficiency, grounded in RP004’s finite queries/collisions and unresolved minimality boundary. Defer Cycle 02 opening/execution until Cycle 01 close and separate entry/protocol review. Reused known fixtures remain disclosed; minimality would be relative to the declared field class, not universal or bit-optimal. The older report’s integrated architecture is not adopted.

Retain thirteen equal obligations. Cycle 01 stays ACTIVE at 12/13 (92.3%); only the close bundle is unresolved. This stage produces no final snapshot or close tag. Internal self-review and automated source integrity checks are not external scientific review.

Preservation and limits

The four packages remain CLOSED, their four Results VALID, Q-0/Q-2/Q-3/Q-4 ACTIVE and Q-1/Q-5 OPEN. Preserve original registrations/input freezes, all negative/equivalent/indeterminate evidence, incomplete first RP002A attempt and timing records, late checkpoint deviation, prior dated reviews and the immutable historical graph snapshot/tag. Baseline v0.1 stays unchanged.

Register one supplied Source and D-0011: living inventory has 38 records; the historical graph still binds 33 at its cutoff. No existing graph record, automatic scientific support, new Claim/Assumption instance, research Test/Result or Cycle 02 manifest/package follows. Future work still needs scoped collision review, independent ground truth/verifier, source freeze, resource preflight and an actual pre-execution gate.

Next work and revision

Next assemble the close bundle with all mandatory outputs, source references and the pilot’s primary-evidence limits. A material extraction/translation/source error, primary-source discovery, scientific Result invalidation or mistaken transition inference requires a new Decision and review of affected obligations. Preserve originals and document subsequent corrections; later sources do not silently rewrite a closed snapshot or create transfer acceptance. Publication provenance is recorded separately after successful deployment.
