Resolve only the RP003 package commitment, preserving all outcomes and the 13-obligation denominator.

Decision 0005 — RP003 Cycle 01 package disposition

Date: 2026-10-11. Status: ACTIVE. Explicit internal post-outcome research/package decision. The user requested continuation after the completed audit and the proposed package-disposition review.

Decision

Accept the specified finite RP-003 commitment as completed. Set RP-003 to CLOSED and resolve the Cycle 01 rp003 obligation as completed. Retain the completed RP002A obligation and all 13 equal-weight entries; the other 11 obligations stay unresolved. Cycle 01 remains ACTIVE and completion becomes 2/13 (15.4%). Q-0 remains ACTIVE.

Evidence and rationale

research/RP003/RP003_PACKAGE_REVIEW.md explicitly assesses P0–P3, minimal counterexamples, criterion signatures, path information requirements and boundaries against the unchanged baseline and pre-outcome operational supplement. The complete audit saves and independently replays all 11,100 paths. Test TST-RP003001 and Result R-RP003001 retain all seven outcome families and their antecedent counts. Nine frozen inputs and five output hashes match; required controls and resource bounds pass.

Local metric tolerance can fail the endpoint and prefix judgments; endpoint return can hide intermediate changes. Exact-feature equality and the variation sufficient bound pass their declared positive controls. These negative and positive outcomes complete the finite audit rather than establish a general preservation theory. The package review preserves the distinction between finite counts, known-answer calibration and separate elementary mathematical arguments.

No new experiment, fitted tolerance, changed criterion, excluded path, count reclassification, broad Claim promotion, Q-0 resolution, novelty clearance or metaphysical identity theory is created. Baseline, frozen inputs, run, Test and Result remain unchanged. The audit-stage report is preserved as the snapshot before this disposition, with its later status made explicit in current publication views.

Review boundaries and next work

This is internal review, not external peer review or whole-Cycle synthesis. It completes no checkpoint, graph review, Foundation Review, transition or close bundle. Future scope extensions are open directions rather than retrospectively required work or accepted transfers to a fabricated receiving Cycle.

Proceed to RP004 protocol preparation next. This decision authorizes no RP004 execution and establishes no branching/lineage result. A material artifact or methodological defect, invalidation or incorrect interpretation requires a new Decision to reopen RP-003 and revisit its Cycle obligation; original run bytes remain preserved.
