# Cycle 01 — Verified close publication

Date: 2026-10-12. After D-0012's accepted close content merged, both public Site deployments returned `succeeded` with their production URLs. This actual publication evidence moves the living Cycle from CLOSED to PUBLISHED under D-0012; all thirteen obligations stay resolved and the ring stays 100%.

`PUBLICATION.json` preserves the exact Site/version/deployment IDs, source commits, succeeded states and returned URLs. Canonical close content is `e62595f8ad03db23d2f0fcf94e53fcd608d3ef7c`. The completed immutable close anchor is `894d427d2e1e2cc7a7af308201b855c6e4bd3764`, also identified by `cycle-01-close`; it remains CLOSED. The living manifest points to this same SHA.

These are the first verified close-content deployments. Later versions can expose the PUBLISHED status and this receipt; their latest identities belong in `docs/operations/SITE_DEPLOYMENTS.json`. This dated receipt is preserved rather than overwritten to impersonate a newer deployment. Both views are English and use the same validated manifest.

Publication fulfills a finite governance commitment. Four packages are CLOSED with four VALID scoped Results; Q-0/Q-2/Q-3/Q-4 remain ACTIVE and Q-1/Q-5 remain OPEN. Negative/equivalent/indeterminate evidence, the incomplete first RP002A attempt, missed earlier checkpoint, legacy primary-source/survival limits and all dated reviews remain in the close snapshot. No new Result, scientific Claim or Cycle 02 entry/execution follows.
