# DAM X report-scoped archaeology pilot

Date: 2026-10-12. Source: SRC-DAMXREPORT2026, supplied by the user during the source-gate review. D-0011 accepts this bounded pilot. The original Turkish report is preserved byte-for-byte; this English review separates source-faithful interpretation from current research judgment.

## Pilot question and scope

Which DAM/DAM X role, naming, formalization and integration assertions in the supplied secondary report can be faithfully decomposed, and which need primary sources or independent evidence? Inspect the report’s proposed architecture/flow, DAM/DAM X section, formalization recommendation and concluding integration/epistemic language. Extract ten selected atomic units from seven locations, with two context/reflection units to avoid omitting the report’s own evidence-status caveats.

This is a pilot on one historical analysis report, not an exhaustive legacy corpus or reconstruction of the original DAM X model. The report names DAM/DAM X summaries but does not supply their original definitions, versions, equations or evidence. Its metadata says “Autorite / Codex analizi”; neither authorship nor independence is authenticated. Self-stated August dating and default OOXML timestamps remain distinct from the actual October receipt.

## Source fidelity and extraction

`PILOT_001.json` records each Turkish L0 span, its exact start/end offsets and paragraph/table locator; the complete transcript retains all 115 paragraphs and 24 tables in body order. L1 is an explicitly labelled English interpretation, not replacement original wording. L2 separates role, necessity, naming, version, formalization and integration questions. Assumptions, evidence targets, ambiguity, mechanism/formula role, needed collision work, L3 status and provisional survival assessment are recorded per unit.

The nine rendered pages were inspected; relevant material is on pages 3, 4, 6 and 9. The source has no native equations, images, tracked changes or comments. Mathematical-looking field ranges elsewhere in the report are schema suggestions, not DAM X operator definitions or proofs. No missing equation is invented.

| Unit / source locator | Faithful English interpretation | Current assessment |
| --- | --- | --- |
| LEG-U01 / P032, page 3 | DAM X is assigned system state, changeable rules and environmental boundaries. | Scoped design candidate only. Types and update semantics are absent; S4 candidate, no accepted inheritance. |
| LEG-U02 / T05 row 2, page 3 | DAM/DAM X is labelled the ontological core. | Architectural designation not adopted as a privileged ontology. Survival unresolved. |
| LEG-U03 / P042, page 4 | The report calls it the most necessary layer because it provides a state/rule model behind all other changing-context claims. | Necessity and all-module dependence lack a defined comparator or demonstration. Survival unresolved; no S0 rejection inferred merely from missing evidence. |
| LEG-U04 / P042, page 4 | DAM has competing name expansions and DAM X is described as Extended. | Unverified historical attribution. Original version units are required; ambiguity is preserved. |
| LEG-U05 / T07, page 4 | DAM v1 is recommended as the theoretical root. | Version recommendation, not authenticated genealogy or evidential priority. |
| LEG-U06 / T07, page 4 | DAM-X v2 is recommended as an organismic application core. | Metaphor, version and implementation role require separate definitions. No DAM X v2 is adopted. |
| LEG-U07 / T07, page 4 | State, rule, environment, memory and adaptation operators should be formally defined. | Scoped design candidate only; S4 candidate. No operator domain, algebra or executable mechanism supplied. |
| LEG-U08 / T23, page 9 | A smaller combined DAM-X/QDE/ORE/CESA/SRL/ARM core is recommended, with SERA/DAF process roles. | Integration proposal preserved without accepting interfaces, contribution or a canonical pipeline. |
| LEG-U09 / P113, page 9 | The conclusion uses the phrase existing nine validated components. | Unsupported report wording in this supplied evidence set; validation criterion/results are absent. It does not set current scientific statuses. |
| LEG-U10 / P075, page 6 | The system is described as a research/design/conceptual mixture rather than a validated theory, with a warning about metaphor/empirical conflation. | Attributed epistemic reflection, S5 candidate only; not an independent scientific review. |

L3 labels are review classifications, not promoted graph Claim or Question statuses. Two S4 and one S5 candidates are provisional source-level possibilities; the remaining seven survival assessments are unresolved. No literal, restricted or mechanistic inheritance is accepted, no candidate is called a proved mechanism, and no unsupported statement is automatically assigned S0.

## Evidence, collisions and integration boundaries

The report’s named corpus is a claim about its source basis, not a supplied bibliography with verifiable primary locators. Its qualitative scores, success thresholds, schedules and imperative recommendations are assessments/proposals, not experiments or instructions to this workspace. No empirical DAM X evidence or defined adaptation mechanism is attached. Nothing in RP002A–RP005A is relabelled as validating this older architecture.

Prior-art collision work remains necessary for any later formal operator, state/rule revision mechanism or novelty claim. Without primary definitions, a full model-level collision/contribution assessment cannot be completed. The present pilot identifies those missing comparison targets; it grants no novelty clearance and conducts no new literature-based or mathematical claim. The baseline’s weakest-sufficient-formal-structure and no-legacy-privilege rules remain in force.

The report’s all-module architecture and DAM→DAM-X genealogy are not accepted. A recommendation to define state/rule/environment/memory operators can motivate a scoped question, but does not establish a formal deficit or require all these fields in the selected lineage study. ARM/SERA/DAF and the other report modules are integration context here, not separately completed archaeology pilots.

## Acceptance, remaining work and correction

Accept the source-backed claim-level pilot on this supplied report as the finite DAM X commitment under D-0011. Completion concerns ten documented source units and explicit uncertainty, not primary-model reconstruction, scientific validation or a new DAM X theory. Source receipt, complete original/transcript, L0 fidelity, per-unit template coverage and explicit self-review provide the acceptance evidence. No Test or scientific Result is created by this document review.

Original DAM/DAM X version documents, equations/operator meanings, source citations and evidence are still needed for primary reconstruction and stronger survival judgments. They remain visible in transition and closure; no automatic transfer to Cycle 02 is created. A later material extraction error, misleading translation, overlooked primary source or evidence change requires a new review/Decision and preservation of this dated pilot.
