# Decision D-0022 — Close Cycle 02

Date: 2026-10-13. Decision: accept the Cycle 02 close bundle and canonical knowledge snapshot.

Accept the indexed close bundle and its source-bound evidence inventory as completion of the `close-bundle` obligation. Resolve only that final obligation, set Cycle 02 to CLOSED at 9/9, and retain the completed CLOSED commit as the canonical snapshot anchor. The five finite Results remain VALID within their respective scopes; RP-006 remains CLOSED for its registered cases, masks and queries. Q-0/Q-2/Q-3/Q-4 remain ACTIVE; Q-1/Q-5 remain OPEN. PC01–PC03 remain FROZEN and PC04–PC06 remain DRAFT. No Claim, baseline amendment, Question resolution or scientific promotion follows.

D-0021's selected lineage challenge remains preparation only. Cycle 03 is not opened, and no package, Test, source freeze, resource allocation or research run is authorized. Any future entry requires its own review and actual pre-execution acceptance. Site publication is a subsequent provenance step and may move the living manifest from CLOSED to PUBLISHED only after both deployments succeed; it must preserve the CLOSED snapshot reference.
