# Decision D-0017 — RP006 finite result disposition

Date: 2026-10-12. Decision: accept the complete, independently replayed finite RP006 result.

## Decision

Accept `R-RP006001` as VALID and close RP-006's finite commitment. The exact one-attempt record is `research/RP006/attempts/570e92be-204b-4330-8300-bcbc4e2078d2`; its source freeze, D-0016 authorization, eight output hashes and independent replay are preserved. Resolve Cycle 02's `rp006` and `checkpoint-a` obligations as completed with this decision. Cycle 02 remains OPEN at 2/9; its graph review, synthesis, foundation, change/open records, transition and close bundle remain outstanding.

For FULL on the six known RP004 cases, sufficient masks are `001`, `011`, `101` and `111`, with `001` inclusion-minimal. For TOPOLOGY_STATE, sufficient masks are `001`, `010`, `011`, `101`, `110` and `111`, with incomparable minima `001` and `010`. The independent replay covers all 216 truth rows, 48 projections, 120 comparisons, 438 conflicts and 16 certificates. These classifications were already disclosed in the RP006 engineering preflight and are reproduced on reused RP004 constructions.

The result is finite feasibility and inclusion-minimality within the fixed mask class and query families. It is not blind confirmation, fresh empirical evidence, unseen-domain sufficiency, universal necessity, an encoding optimum, novelty clearance, or a resolution of Q-3/Q-4. Keep both questions ACTIVE. Create no Claim or broad scientific support edge.

## Basis

`RP006_RESULT_REVIEW_001.md` records the exact source, run integrity, independent full verifier replay, resource results and interpretation boundary. The current validation schema and supervisor check were extended after the attempt to register this recorded-run manifest format; the original frozen bytes remain available at the source commit in `EXECUTION_FREEZE.json`. The scientific producer, verifier, domain, runtime and Test inputs remain byte-identical to that freeze.
