# Decision D-0016 — RP006 actual pre-execution checkpoint

Date: 2026-10-12. Decision: accept the actual methods, graph, source and runtime checkpoint for the exact finite RP006 audit.

## Decision

Accept the pre-execution review, the fixed-input Test `TST-RP006001`, and the source freeze bound to commit `b511e2234c7b59f90e4cc8cb089b58b3d3ed8d36`. The accepted `EXECUTION_FREEZE.json` SHA-256 is `f2e84dbdb46ebbf5c657d8a0f127c10a9c377262fa4c425c9e3dfeac6ebbbb39`. Its 35-file inventory includes the original RP004 fixtures, RP006 domain and methods, producer/verifier, parent/worker supervisor, tests, preflight receipts and graph/question context.

Authorize one recorded attempt, UUID `570e92be-204b-4330-8300-bcbc4e2078d2`, using `/Users/omerasimozturk/.local/bin/python3.12` (Python 3.12.13) on macOS 26.3 arm64, with the D-0015 reviewed two-process profile, no network, 60-second whole-attempt deadline, and 128 MiB conservative process-tree RSS ceiling. The default Python 3.9 is outside the accepted runtime. The authorization is limited to this source, Test and attempt identifier; any correction, retry or changed scope requires a new review and authorization.

The run may report only finite-corpus sufficiency and inclusion-minimality for the six known RP004 cases, eight uniform S/P/K masks and the two registered query families. Known RP004 behavior and RP006 preflight classifications are disclosed. No fresh confirmation, unseen-domain inference, universal necessity, novelty clearance, Q-3/Q-4 resolution, Result validity or Cycle 02 obligation resolution is accepted here. A stop or discrepancy remains an `INCOMPLETE` attempt with preserved evidence and no Result.

## Basis

The actual pre-execution review traces methods and evidence forward from RP006 to Q-3/Q-4 and backward to the selected baseline and preserved RP004 sources. It confirms that no prior Result or scientific support edge is relied upon. The prior-art scope and interpretation limits are explicit. The exact test and source bytes are checked by the runner before any attempt directory is created.

## Status

RP-006 remains PLANNED and Cycle 02 remains OPEN at 0/9. D-0016 accepts a pre-execution checkpoint and authorizes one attempt; it does not accept a research outcome or change the immutable Cycle 02 entry plan or Cycle 01 archive.
