# Cycle 01 — DAM X source gate and pilot disposition

Date: 2026-10-12. Explicit internal review under D-0011. The pre-receipt repository cutoff is 700fc27f5f2637df89450e82f47879ff32e823cc. A user-supplied secondary report arrived during this review, before the disposition was published. The final decision accepts a report-scoped pilot as completed; no source-blocked disposition was released.

## Before and after receipt

At the pre-receipt cutoff, the legacy directory held only the dependency README; seven inspected candidate files were template/policy mirrors. `DAMX_SOURCE_INVENTORY.json` preserves that bounded historical inventory and hashes. It does not claim documents do not exist elsewhere or override subsequently supplied evidence.

The user then supplied Autorite Sistem Analiz Raporu. SRC-DAMXREPORT2026 registers its original 49,733-byte DOCX and SHA-256, complete ordered transcript and receipt. The report is a secondary analysis with DAM/DAM X role/naming/formalization/integration material. It names primary summaries but does not attach original DAM/DAM X definitions or scientific evidence. Metadata authorship/dates are not independently authenticated.

The frozen claim-level template can be applied faithfully to this report as the supplied historical document. Define the bounded pilot question explicitly and attribute every L0 statement to the report, not to an unseen original model. Complete ten selected units with L1–L3 decomposition, assumptions, citation targets, mechanism/formula roles, collision needs, provisional survival candidates and open questions. The original text and ambiguity remain preserved.

## Alternatives and final assessment

| Alternative | Assessment |
| --- | --- |
| Retain a missing-all-sources blocked disposition | Reject for the final record: a usable secondary source has now been supplied before release. Preserve the earlier inventory only as its dated pre-receipt state. |
| Treat the report as the original validated DAM X theory | Reject. It is an analysis/recommendation document without the referenced primary units or empirical results. |
| Adopt its imperatives, architecture or thresholds as current instructions | Reject. They are source content; the current baseline and user-authorized research scope govern the work. |
| Complete a report-scoped claim-level pilot | Accept. The source, bounded question, exact spans and per-unit review support an actual finite archaeology output with explicit limits. |
| Automatically inherit mechanisms or transfer primary reconstruction to Cycle 02 | Reject. No mechanism is established and no receiving legacy commitment exists. |

## Disposition and limits

Resolve Cycle 01 `damx` as `completed`, with the pilot review/JSON, original source receipt and D-0011 as evidence. This is completed report-faithful archaeology, not validated original-model reconstruction. No scientific Test/Result, ontology promotion, DAM X v2 or accepted mechanistic survival follows. Two S4 and one S5 candidates remain provisional; seven survival assessments remain unresolved. ARM/SERA/DAF stay queued for their own source-backed work.

D-0011 separately completes the Transition Record. Cycle 01 stays ACTIVE at 12/13 (92.3%); only the close bundle remains unresolved. The scientific Questions and four package Results keep their statuses. Source arrival does not revise prior dated claims about what was available at their cutoffs.

Supply original DAM/DAM X versions, provenance, operator definitions and citations for stronger reconstruction. Reassess through a new Decision if extraction, translation, source classification or evidence materially changes. Preserve historical bytes and avoid automatic transfer or rewriting an eventual closed snapshot.
